Description of Program:
STPTA offers a maintenance program for patients who have completed their physical therapy at STPTA. Patients can come in and work out during specific allotted time slots. They will have access to most of the equipment in the clinic. STPTA also offers a personal training program.
Back to Life Class:
STPTA offers the Back To Life class that is designed to restore long-term functional abilities for patients who are experiencing low back pain (LBP).
